  My wife found a car on your website and made arrangements to see it. Her and her mother went and looked at it and felt with Shawn. She explained to him we live an hour and a half away and me are in the middle of moving as well so we had a lot going on and were extremely busy. They let my wife take the escape home for the night to try it out. She then told me she liked the car but would need my signature as well to get it. So the next day I walk around it and notice that the rear rotors have noticeable grooves. Found that in the first 30 seconds. When we get there I meet Shawn and he moves me into Mike’s office and they have the paperwork all set and ready to sign when I explain to him the issue with the rotors and he assured me that they do inspections on all their cars. I told him I was not comfortable buying that car at that price so we started negotiating. I already had the exact same car at another dealership that had 1000 miles more but was $1000 cheaper. I was ready to leave. Shawn said he didn’t want to lose my business so they dropped the price $400 and agreed to take care of the rotors and assured me once again that an inspection was done by certified mechanics and that the must have just missed that. So we agree to set something up to get it fixed the following week. We go to take the escape home and there is no gas. My Buick Regal has 3/4 of a tank when I turned it in and Shawn told my wife he would make sure it had gas when we came to pick it up. Shawn apologized and said he would take care of that when we brought it back to be fixed. So we leave with the car and go home. The next day we realize there is no wiper on the back window when we turn it on and it makes a horrible scratching noise and scratches the back window. Turn on the front wipers and there is a huge streak of water right in the drivers line of site. Then we realized the second key fob is dead. Now while a lot of these problems are minor. They all should have been discovered during an inspection that I have no faith in anymore. Yet when I ask for a 6 month warranty I told “ that’s not gonna happen “ by the sales manager. So I say fine. Give me my car back and he says that’s not gonna happen either. All I’m asking you to do is stand by your reputation. The reason we went there is because my mother in law has been going there for years. I haven’t even crawled under it yet and I found all these problems in less than 24 hrs. If I didn’t have to co sign they would have sold it to my wife that doesn’t know a whole lot about cars. I either want a bumper to bumper warranty to make feel better if something does go wrong (since I can’t count on the inspection) or I want my car back that has nothing wrong with it.
  
  Shawn was great. Never once dismissed my concerns and tried to be accomidating and find solutions.
  
  Scott was argumentative, rude and dismissive of my concerns ( never even looked at what I was talking about ). Ignored my wife completely and would do nothing for my inconveniences. Offered to fix what was wrong with it but that’s what I was buying????
